ANNE TUGGY BRENNAN ALICANDRI, of Teaneck, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2011, at the age of 79 years. She graduated from St. Mary's Nursing School of Rochester, NY, in 1956. Prior to retiring, she had worked as a registered nurse for the Bay Ridge Hospital in Brooklyn. She was an active parishioner at Holy Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. She was the proud possessor of four silver spoons from NAWCC. Beloved wife for 53 years of Dr. Frank P. Alicandri. Devoted mother of Henry Alicandri and wife Kimberlee of Kerhonkson,NY,  Herbert Alicandri and wife Deborah Leyner of Weehawken, Elizabeth Alicandri of Washington D. C,, Peter Alicandri and wife Robin of Ringoes, Matthew Alicandri and wife Diana of Easton,PA, John Alicandri and wife Aileen of Ramsey, Frank Alicandri of Washington D.C., Steven Alicandri of Mt. Bethel, PA, David Alicandri and wife Nikka of Vancouver, B. C., Victoria Surdykowski and husband Marek of Secaucus, Niccolo Alicandri and wife Sarah of Edgewater, and Thomas Alicandri and wife Kelly of Hoboken. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren. Dearest sister of Peter Brennan, Lee Byrne, Sr. Margaret Brennan S.S.J., and Nora Shannon all of Rochester, NY. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack,  on Wednesday, October 19th, at10:00 AM with burial following at St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
