MILDRED T. BOLCIK, age 90. of New Milford, formerly of Fairview, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, April 30, 2011. Prior to retiring she spent her entire working career at the Telephone Company, starting as an operator and rising through the ranks in management. A dedicated New Jersey Bell employee for 44 years; she was a proud member of the Telephone Pioneers. A devote Roman Catholic, she prayed the rosary daily. Aunt Mildred enjoyed the company of her family always cherishing holiday gatherings and Sunday dinners. Predeceased by long-time friend and companion Bette Matrongolo, and her siblings Steven, Bertha, Charles, Margaret, Josephine, Mary, Louis, Adele, and Paul. She leaves behind nieces and nephews including Carole (Ray) Dembski, Andrew McKenna, Louis (Susan) Bolcik, Paulette Nardi, Veronica (Kerry) Bolcik McKenna, Adele (Ken) Nicholson, John (Mary Jo) McEvoy, Marie (Sidney) Gladstone, Edward (Judy) Noonan, Charles (Diana) Bolcik, Robert (Claudia) Bolcik, and Charlene (Wayne) White. The Funeral on Thursday May 5, 2011 at 8:30 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ.  The Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 AM at Church of the Ascension, 256 Azalea Drive, New Milford. Interment Madonna Cemetery in Fort Lee. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM.
