CHARLES
J. BUSH, (MYKOLA PANCHENKO) of
Hackensack, formerly of Wood Ridge, died on Sunday, December 21,
2008, at Regent Care Center in Hackensack at the age of 78 years. He
was born in the Ukraine and came to this country in 1949. Prior to
retiring in 1986, he was a Civil Engineer for the New York
City Transit Authority where he worked for 27 years.He served his
country during the Korean War in the United States Marine Corps. He
was a parishioner of Holy Ascension Church of Clifton. Beloved
husband for 49 years of Anna Mienko Bush. Devoted father of Dr.
Andrew Bush of Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Dr. Catherine
Krucylak of St. Louis, Missouri. Cherished grandfather of John,
Christina Mary, Alexandra, Christina, and Paul. The funeral service
will be offered at St. Andrew's Ukranian Church in South Bround
Brook with burial following at St. Andrew's Ukranian Cemetery.
Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2 - 4 PM.
