GERARDO CARUSO,
of Teaneck,
died on Friday, January 15, 2010, at Hackensack Univefsity Medical
Center, at the age of 80 years. Prior to
retiring in 1991, he was a foreman for the Teaneck Department of
Public Works. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a
parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved
husband for 56 years of Anna (nee Carollo) Devoted father of
Maryanne Caruso of Teaneck, Laura Caruso of Teaneck and Gerardo
Caruso of Rochelle Park. Dearest brother of Nancy Wacha of Teaneck,
the late Salvatore Guerra and Patsy Caruso (his identical twin
brother), Loving brother in law of Anita Caruso, Angelina Carollo
and the late Cuthbert Wacha, Helen Guerra, and Angelo Carollo.
Adored uncle of many nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian
Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 20th, at St. Francis
R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 11:00 AM with entombment
following at Garden of Memories in Washington Township.
Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
