LIDIA V. DIAZ CHIONG, of Paramus, died on Monday, August 2, 2010, at the age of 75 years. Born in Cuba, she came to this country in 1970. Lidia was a very giving and caring person who adored her family. Beloved wife of Jesus S. Chiong. Devoted mother of Lucia Gonzalez, Mario J. Chiong and Janet Chiong-Morillo. Cherished grandmother of  five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 5th, at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM with entombment following at  Garden of Memories, Washington Township Visiting will be on Wednesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
