PETER CICCARELLA,
of Pompton Plains,
NJ, formerly of Maywood, died on Saturday May 29, 2010, at
Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pequannock, at the age of 80 years.
Prior to retiring in 1985 he worked for CBS Television in New York
City for 37 years as an Audio Technician and was a member of I.B.E.W
Local #1212 of New York. He served his country during the Korean War
in the United States Army. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.
C. Church of Hackensack and was a member of theTrinity Leisure Club.
He was a very devoted and hard working family man, who enjoyed
playing golf. Beloved husband for more than 58 years of Doris A.
(nee Demarest). Devoted father of Susan Goidell and her
husband Robert of Montvale, NJ, Angela Parisi-Ciccarella of Butler,
NJ and the late Tina Marie Ciccarella. Cherished grandfather of
Geoffrey, Kyle, David, Sean, Connor and Rachel. Dearest brother of
Mildred Spina and her husband Frank of Maywood and Jack Ciccarella
and his wife Gloria of Wayne. Peter is also survived by many loving
and caring nieces, nephews and close friends. The Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 2nd, at Holy
Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack. Visiting
will be on Tuesday from
2 – 4 & 7 – 9
