CHARLES
CONTI, of
Hackensack
. died on Saturday August 30, 2008 at the age of 82 years. He was a
Navy Veteran of World War II. After serving his country, he
worked as a Fork Lift Operator for Grand Union in Carlstadt, for 45
years. He was a member of Local # 863 in Mountainside, NJ, and
a life member and past Commander of the V.F.W. Post # 316 in
Hackensack. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.C. Church in
Hackensack. Beloved husband of Lucia (nee Picciallo). Loving father
of Lucia Miller and her husband Fred, Carmine Conti and his wife
Angela, Patricia Conti and Angela Ryan and her husband Robert.
Cherished grandfather of Thirteen grandchildren and great
grandfather of Seven. Dearest brother of Rose Iannaci of
Lodi
and the late Carmela, Connie, Josephine,
Nancy
and Sam. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celbrated on Thursday,
September 4th, at
Holy
Trinity
R.C.
Church
, 34 Maple Avenue,
Hackensack
at 11:00 AM I with burial following at
St. Joseph
Cemetery

Hackensack
. Visiting will be on Wednesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM.
