Ida
Iannotti Corbo, of Hackensack, died on Saturday, May 13,
2006, at the Prospect Heights Care Center in Hackensack, at the age of
78 years. Born in San Lorenzo, Italy, she came to this country in 1953
settling in Hackensack. Prior to retiring in 1991, she worked as a
seamstress for S. Goldberg & Company Slipper Factory of Hackensack.
She was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack. She is
survived by her husband of 51 years, Michael Corbo, her son Emanuel
Corbo and his wife Susan of Leonia, her grandson, Christopher, two
brothers Francisco of Italy and Mario of England, and two sisters, Maria
and Rosa both of Italy. She was predeceased by a brother Antonio. The
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, May 17th, at
10:00 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack,
Reverend Anthony Guidice officiating. Entombment will follow at St.
Joseph's Cemetery in Hackensack. Visiting will be on Monday evening from
7 - 9 PM and Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
