ELIZABETH CURLEY "BETTY", (nee Ferrarini), a lifelong resident of Hackensack, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at the age of 81 years. Prior to retiring, she was an operator at New Jersey Bell Telephone in Hackensack. She was a very active parishioner of St. Francis R  C. Church where she was the secretary for the CCD program and chaired the Christmas club, bazaar and card parties, and worked bingo. Beloved wife of the late Chester Curley. Devoted mother of Brian Curley and his wife Edie of New Milford, Kevin Curley and his wife Sharon of Clifton, Diane Howe of Franklin, and Carol Andrade of Rockaway. Cherished grandmother of Erin, Megan, Patrick, Jesse, Jason, Aisling, Trevor, Anthony, and Samantha. Adoring great grandmother of Lucius. Dearest sister of Henry Ferrarini and his wife Jane of Hasbrouck Heights, Mary Holowinski and her husband Robert of Paramus, and the late Louise Hoppe and Claire Ferrarini. The funeral on Saturday, January 21st, at 8:15 AM, from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street Hackensack The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack at 9:30 AM with burial following at St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddle Brook. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
