Marguerite H. Stiffel Di Massino

  of Hackensack, died on Wednesday, September 19, 2007at her home, at the age of 79 years. She was born in LaSalle, Illinois and lived in Ridgefield prior to coming to Hackensack 54 years ago. Prior to retiring, she was a registered nurse at Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus. She also was an avid artist and was a member of the Hackensack Art Club. Predeceased by her husband  the late George DiMassino Sr who died in 2002, she is survived by her son,George DiMassino Jr. and his wife Dianne of Hackensack, her daugher, Thea Di Massino of Burlington, Vermont, her grandchildren,  Jarod, and Erika Melchior and her husband Kevin, her brother,  Henry Stiffel and his companion Joanne McGough of Hillsdale  and  several nieces and nephews. The funeral was private. Memorial donations to The Hospice Program at Hackensack University Medical Center, 30 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated.
