EFFIE MAE FIELDS HOLMES, of Hackensack, NJ died on Friday May 21, 2010, at the Hackensack University Medical Center, at the age of 86 years. Ms. Holmes was predeceased by her husband, the late Robert E. Holmes and a grandson. She is survived by her children David Fields, James Rutling, Joyce Holmes, Lisa Brown, and the late Gregory Holmes. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Visiting will be held on Friday May 28th from 11AM - 1PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
