Norman L. Kemp Jr., of River Edge, died on Friday, December 16, 2005, at his home. He was born in Hackensack. Prior to retiring in 1982, he owned Norman Kemp Waste Removal Company of River Edge for 40 years. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II. Predeceased by his wife Anna M. (nee Thomson) who died in 2001, and a son, Daniel Kemp who died in 1998, he is survived by his daughter, Linda Jost of Haskell and a granddaughter, Alexandra Kemp of Lodi. The funeral will be private at the convenience of the family.
