LOUIS
T. LOPEZ, of
Hackensack,
died on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at his home, at the age of 77 years.
He was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and lived in New York
prior to coming to Hackensack 11 years ago. Before
retiring last year, he worked in maintenance for the United States
Postal Service in the Bronx, NY for 25 years. He was a Marine Corps
Veteran of the Korean War and was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R.
C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved husband for 39 years of Lydia Garay
Lopez. Devoted father of David Lopez of Denton, Texas, Wanda
Garcia of Santo Domingo, Miriam Lopez, Lisette Lopez,
Angel Lopez all of Calkifornia and the late Veronica Arias (May
2008). Loving grandfather of Patricia, Sabrina, Eliah, Aitza, Joey,
Wendy, Yvonne, Jonathan, Katherine, and Alexa. Dearest brother of
Milagros, Delia, and Carmen Delia. all of Puerto Rico. The Mass of
Christian Burial will be offerd on Saturday, June 7th, at Holy
Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack, at 11:00 AM with
burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery. Visiting will
be on Friday from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 PM.
