A. Mancini, of Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, formerly of Hackensack,
died suddenly on Saturday, February 11, 2006 in Hillsdale, New York, at
the age of 56 years. Prior to retiring two years ago, he was a
school teacher for more than 20 years at the Career Institute of
Technology of Easton, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Science
Degree from Montclair State University in 1974. He was a member of the
Pennsylvania State Education Association where he served as the Chief
negotiator. He also was an avid blues musician. He was a former
parishioner of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Maywood. He is survived
by his wife Judy Findon Mancini, his daughter Elysia Mancini-Deurr of
Philadelphia, PA and his son, Adam Mancini also of Philadelphia. PA, two
sisters, Linda Valente of Merrick, NY and Lisa Mancini of Brick, and a
brother Michael Mancini of Hillsdale, NY. Visiting will be on Thursday
evening ( February 23, 2006) from 7 - 9 PM and Friday morning (February
24, 2006) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery in Hackensack.
