Filomena T. Gatti Melillo, of South Hackensack, died on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, at the age of 91 years. She was born in Hackensack and has lived in South Hackensack for 65 years. Prior to retiring she had worked as a seamstress for Gluckins Bra Factory of Hackensack. She was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church, Hackensack, a member of the Lady Foresters of Westchester, New York, the Republican Club of South Hackensack, and the South Hackensack Senior Citizens. Predeceased by her husband Ralph Melillo, a brother, John Gatti and a sister, Beatrice  Lange,  she is survived by her daughter Regina Lanzetti and  her husband Raymond of Kinnelon, her son John Melillo and his wife Linda of North Manheim, Pennsylvania, her grandchildren, Lori Merusi, Jeff Melillo, Lisa Benzija, Jennifer Van Dam and Sean Thompson and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Marie and Samantha Rose. The funeral will be on Saturday, December 17th, at 8:45 AM, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Hackensack Cemetery. Visiting will be on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
