PRICILLANO OCAMPO, of Garfield, passed away
peacefully on Thursday,
January 26, 2-12, at Hackensack University Medical Center, at the
age of 83 years. Born in Santa Cruz Lubao, Pampanga Philippines, he
came to this country in 1987 settling in Hackensack and has lived in
Garfield for two years. Prior to retiring, he worked as a clerk at
the K-Mart in Piscataway. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus
and served as a Eucharistic minister in the Philippines. Beloved
husband for 63 years to Felicidad Garcia Ocampo. Devoted father of
Estelita Mercado of the Philippines, Gloria Roque of Garfield,
Pricillano Ocampo of Hackensack, Diodado Ocampo of Haledon, Eddie
Ocampo of Lodi and the late Ely Ocampo. Cherished grandfather of 17
grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dearest brother of Fernando
Ocampo, Rosita Flores, Espeenza Legasci, Rosario Bernardo and Aurora
Bautista all of the Philippines. The Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50
Lodi Street, Hackensack, with entombment following at Garden of
Memories in Washington Township. Visiting will be on Sunday from 2
- 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
