LENA . ACCOMANDO ROSSI,  of South Hackensack , died on Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at the age of 95 years. Before retiring in 1976, she was a floor lady for Goldberg Slipper Factory pf Hackensack,  where she worked for 40 years. She was a parishioner of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack , a member of the St. Francis Socialites, Hackensack and a member of the South Hackensack Seniors.  Beloved wife of the late Fred Rossi who died in 1971.  Devoted mother of Joseph Rossi and his wife the late Marion. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Rossi Jr. and his wife Sara and Darlene Bendl and her husband John. Great grandmother of seven great grand children. and a dear friend Marlene Gulino. Dearest sister of Katherine Spero of Lodi , and the late George Accomando and his wife Angie.  Lena is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday at 10:00 AM, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland  Avenue, Hackensack with burial following at  Hackensack Cemetery , Hackensack . Visiting will be  on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM. Memorial donations to  The Tomorrow’s Children’s Fund, 30 Prospect Street, Hackensack , NJ 07601 would be appreciated.
