PETER J. RUFFINI,  of  Hackensack , died on Friday March 21, 2008, at Hackensack University Medical Center, at the age of 87. Peter was a Master Carpenter. and  a member of the Carpenters Union Local #15 of Hackensack for 37 years retiring in 1983. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He loved his garden and was an avid gardener. Beloved Husband for 45 years of Stella (nee Leoncini) . Loving father of Pamela Pascarelli and her husband Dr. Todd of Mahwah and Lisa Korkis and her husband Christian of Colorado, formerly of Ridgewood . Cherished Grandfather of Christina, Christian, Sophia, Gabriella and Claude. Dearest brother of Ann Ruffini, Mary Salimone, Grace Ruffini and the late Filomena Giarratana. The funeral Service will be held on Wednesday March 26, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with burial following at. Maple Grove Park Cemetery in Hackensack . The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
