JOHN
RUFFINO, of
Hackensack
, died on Friday April 3, 2009, at Hackensack University Medical
Center, at the age of 92 years. He was an Army Veteran of World War
II assigned to the 671st Tank Division. He worked as a Stationary
Fireman at Bayer/Miles Corporation in
Clifton
for over 20 years retiring in 1988. Previously, he worked as a
Stationary Fireman at Continental Paper Company in
Bogota
for 30 years, He was a member of the Senior Citizens Group of South
Hackensack and was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church in
Hackensack
. Beloved husband of Anna (nee Hanulak) for over 64 years. Loving
father of George Ruffino and Joyce Warbis of
Woodbridge
VA
, John Ruffino and his wife Cathy of Monroe, NY, Kathleen Muskivitch
and her husband Pat of McDonough, GA and the late Gary Ruffino.
Cherished grandfather of Patrick, Christopher, Jeffrey, Renee,
Kaylin, Michael, Kevin and Rebecca, great grandfather of
Tyler
, Sienna and Connor. Dearest brother of Antoinette Hobatuk of
Hackensack, Ida Zito of South Hackensack, Mary Domine of Hackensack,
Georgette Pfund of Ridgewood and the late Connie Mellilo, Ross
Ruffino and Jean Robb. John is also survived by many nieces and
nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on
Wednesday, April 8th, at St. Francis R .C. Church,
