WILLIAM J. SEDLACK SR.,
of
Hackensack, died on Sunday, January 10, 2010, at Chilton Memorial
Hospital, at the age of 92 years. Prior to retiring, he had worked
at Packard's Liquor Store, and Mack and CVS Drug Stores both of
Hackensack. He had also owned Sedlack Sweet Shop on Hudson Street in
Hackensack. He was a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels Program at
Hackensack University Medical Center and was a parishioner of Holy
Trinity R. C. Church of Hackensack. Beloved husband of the late
Julia "Honey" (nee Mai) Sedlack. Devoted father of James T. Sedlack
and his wife Helen of West Milford, Nancy Ann Schnabel and her
husband William of Delaware and William J. Sedlack Jr. and his wife
Mary C. of Bayville. Loving grandfather of Kenneth, Brian, Cherie,
Bonny, Heidi, Victoria, Erica and Thomas and ten great
grandchildren. Dearest brother of the late John Sedlack. The Funeral
Service on Thursday, January 14th, at 11:00 AM. with burial
following at St. Joseph Cemetery. Visiting will be on Wednesday from
2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St.
Vincent de Paul Society, c/o Holy Trinity R. C. Church, 34 Maple
Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601 would be appreciated.
