MARY J. MIKLOSKO SLEZAK,of Randolph, formerly of Hackensack, died on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Saint Claire's Hospital in Dover,  at the age of 91. Prior to retiring she worked in sales for Macy’s Department Store in Paramus, She was a parishioner of Church of the Immaculate Conception, Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late George Slezak. Loving mother of Regina Slezak of Middletown, RI, Joanne Harley and her husband Richard of Westerly, RI, George Slezak and his wife Tina of Mahopac, NY and Ellen Ciuzio and her husband John of Randolph, NJ. Cherished grandmother of Peter, Erin, Michael, Matthew, Sophia and Isabella. Adored great grandmother of Andrew, Spencer, Ben and Megan. The Funeral on Saturday September 25th at 10:45 AM from the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union Street, Hackensack, NJ. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 25th, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 49 Vreeland Avenue, Hackensack at 12:00 Noon with burial following at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack.
