HELEN D'ELIA SOLIMANDO,
of Lodi, died on Saturday, August 29, 2009, at Hackensack University
Medical Center, at the age of 87 years. Prior to retiring, she was a
hostess at the Innwood Manor and D’Elia Restaurants, both in
Teaneck, for more than 35 years. She was a parishioner of St. Francis
R. C.
Church, Hackensack. Beloved wife of the late Frank M. Solimando Sr.
Loving mother of Frank M. Solimando Jr. Cherished grandmother of
four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one great-great
grandchild. Dearest sister of Antoinette Anzalone and Rose Rennie.
Helen is also predeceased by five brothers and one sister. Beloved
aunt of many nieces and nephews. The Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 2nd, at St. Francis
R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street,
Hackensack. at 10:00 AM with burial following at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack.
Visiting will be on Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
