Frank Trapani, of Hackensack, died on Monday, January 9, 2006, at Calvary Hospital in Bronx, New York at the age of 71. Born in Sicily, Italy he came to this country in 1949 settling in Hackensack. Prior to retiring in 2003, he owned the Village Barber Shop of Clifton for 40 years. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R. C. Church of Hackensack. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary (nee Nicolosi) Trapani, his son Frank J. Trapani and his wife Dawn of Rochelle Park, and three grandchildren, Alex, Christian and Danielle. He was predeceased by a brother Gasper Trapani. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, January 13th, at St. Francis R. C. Church, 50 Lodi Street, Hackensack, at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories in Washington Township. Visiting will be on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM.
