Ruben E. Vargas, 66, of Emerson, formerly of Hackensack, died Saturday. He was born in Colombia and came to the United States in 1968. He had owned National Security and Installation Co., Hackensack. Arrangements: G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, Hackensack.
