CHESTER "CHET" WOLANSKI of Blairstown, formerly of Hackensack died on Sunday September 2, 2007, at the age of 86 years. Chet was the Sexton for Holy Trinity R. C. Church in Hackensack for over 37 Years retiring in 2006. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the VFW Post in Maywood . He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity R. C. Church , Hackensack . Beloved Husband of the late Josephine (nee Telson). Devoted father of Carol Failla and her husband Joseph of Stillwater, NJ, Susan Simmons of North Las Vegas , NV , Anne Marie King of Tucson , AZ and Chester Wolanski and his wife Debby of Bergenfield. Cherished grandfather of Joseph Lee, Kimberly, Michael, Michelle, John, Gracelyn, Nicholas and Matthew and Great Grandfather of Chase. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered  on Wednesday September 5, 2007 at 12:30 PM at Holy Trinity R C. Church , 34 Maple Avenue, Hackensack with burial following at St . Joseph Cemetery Hackensack. Memorial donations to The Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Foundation, 99 Sparta Avenue , Newton , NJ 07860 would be appreciated. There are no visiting hours.
