THOMAS G. "HOOK" ZAHN,  of Hackensack, died on Monday April 14, 2008, at his home,  at the age of 70 years. Before retiring he was Firefighter for the Township of North. Bergen, for over 30 years retiring in 1994. He was a Marine Corps veteran, a member of the American Legion and a member of the I.A.F.F. of North. Bergen . Beloved husband for 34 years of the late Sandra L. (nee St. Cyr). Devoted father of JoAnne Zahn of Hackensack , Stephanie Zahn of Bogota , Richard Zahn of North Carolina and Thomas Zahn II of North. Bergen.  Loving grandfather of Sarah, Thomas III, Heather and Heidi. Dearest brother of Joseph Zahn, Ruthann DiCorcia, Carolyn Skokandich, George Zahn and the late John Zahn and Frederick Zahn. Thomas is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 17, at 11:00 am at the the funeral home with remation following  at Cedar Lawn Crematory. Visitng will be on Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 PM.  Memorial donations to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O. Box 758517 , Topeka , KS 66675 would be appreciated.
